Just like a relationship, I will have to fully and wholly commit myself to losing weight.
That means no more emotional eating, binging or eating disorders. I will lose weight by natural means. Managing what I eat, exercise (belly dancing, ab king pro, moving a lot, etc) and following through on my progress. I need to create a plan, set SMART goals and go all scientific on this.
Must need tape measure and take a picture of my big fat self today. Once I'm successful on this experiment, I know that I would feel great!
What pushed me to do this:
- Endless comments "you have gotten fat"
- Not fitting in my size 27 jeans
- Tired of wearing black all the time and loose fitting clothes to hide the bulges
- Frustrated at people who pinch my love handles all the time
